This Villa-apartment, newly constructed, has two independent very similar apartments, which could also be connected together for two families that know each other. Each apartment can sleep 4/6 persons, and includes a living-dining room area (TV) with a sofa bed and a kitchenette; two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds; one bathroom with shower; a big garden with barbecue, table and chairs, lawn chairs also for sunbathing and parking space. There is also a common laundry space and other outside showers in addition, ping-pong and volleyball court.
